(More customer reviews)First, let me say that this window regulator is a known-flaw in Jeep Cherokees, and makes the 3rd one I've replaced on the last 30 months.
The seller had the best price for the item (about $70 less) than buying locally, which helped me make the decision to order the part online rather than immediately. I will say that the shipping information showed it would 'ship in 5-7 days', which I was guessing would me it would be a week-and-a-half before I could receive it and install it.
However, I ordered the part and 4 days later it was sitting on my porch. I'm not certain if the estimate was wrong or if it was a typo, but I was happy nonetheless.
I did notice that this Dorman part had been redesigned and maybe will be less likely to break - at least for the rear windows, since 1 week later I had to replace the Driver's side front one, and it was still the OEM design, which is no stronger than the factory one.
