A fuel cell used hydrogen and air to produce electricity.
This "thing" just does an electrolysis.
It takes the electric energy you get by burning your fuel
to split up water in hydrogen and oxygen(air), which always needs more energy then it releases.
Then you take that hydrogen and burn it in your engine, which has an efficiency of about 30 percent,
if it's good.
So you even waste more energy than without it.
Wait until 2015 and buy a real Fuel Cell car.
Don't waste your money on stuff like that, it will never work.
